Where do we deliver?
We deliver all around Malta and the delivery charge is included in the quoted price. Due to customs, regulatory, legal and / or practical reasons we are precluded from accepting orders for delivery outside Malta.
How long will delivery take?
We will make every effort to delivery the items ordered as soon as the order is processed and paid for.
What if the person to whom the item is intended is not in when the delivery is made?
No problem! We will leave a note saying we stopped by and we will deliver goods on our next delivery date.
Returns
Can I return an item I purchased?
You can return or exchange an item within 1 month from date of purchase on presentation of the original invoice. As long as we receive the item in exactly the same condition as when it was delivered to you, then we have no problem with issuing a refund.
Does it still apply to items at a discount?
Yes it does, however discounted items must be returned within 7 days from date of purchase.
How do I go about returning an item?
All you have to do is to visit our outlet at Paola and bring the goods together with a copy of the confirmation of order. A refund will be given upon acceptance of the returned goods.
